It calculates your Janma Kundali from your birth details and gives you daily Rashifal, Dasha timelines, transits, Panchang, Kundali matching and Muhurta search. Reeti, our AI guide, explains what your chart means in plain language and answers your questions about it.

Yes. You can create an account and get your birth chart and core daily guidance for free. Deeper reports and additional questions to Reeti are available through a subscription plan or by using AstroCoins, so you only pay for what you choose to go deeper on. Current plans and prices are always shown in the app before you pay.

Sign up with your email or Google account, then enter your date, time and place of birth. Your chart is generated in under a minute. You can use AstroReeti on the web at astroreeti.com or download the Android app from Google Play.

Not yet. AstroReeti is available on Android and on the web today, and the web app works in Safari on iPhone and iPad. An iOS app is planned.

AstroReeti is available in English, Hindi and many other Indian languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati and Punjabi. You can change the language at any time from your Profile.

Not at the moment. AstroReeti currently offers AI-guided Vedic astrology through Reeti, based on your own calculated chart and classical Jyotish texts. We do not connect you to live astrologers for calls or chats today.

Your Lagna (ascendant), house positions and Dasha periods all depend on the exact moment and location of your birth. A difference of even a few minutes can change your ascendant or shift Dasha dates, so the more precise your birth time, the more accurate your chart and predictions.

You can still mark your birth time as unknown and get most of your chart, including your Moon sign, Nakshatra and many predictions. Features that depend on the precise time — such as the finest Dasha sub-periods — will ask for an exact time before they unlock. You can add or correct it later from your Profile.

AstroReeti computes sidereal planetary positions using the Swiss Ephemeris and the Lahiri Ayanamsa, with automatic timezone resolution for your birth place. Every chart, Dasha and transit is calculated from your own birth data on our servers — nothing is a generic horoscope.

Reeti is an AI guide, not a human astrologer. It reads your calculated chart and draws on classical Jyotish literature to explain placements, periods and possibilities in plain language. Astrology describes tendencies rather than certainties, and Reeti should not be used as a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice.

Yes, you can update your display name and birth time from Profile. Some birth details are fixed once your chart is created to protect the accuracy of your saved readings; if something was entered incorrectly, contact us and we will help.

Kundali matching compares two birth charts using the traditional Ashtakoot (Guna Milan) system, scored out of 36, along with additional compatibility factors. AstroReeti supports matching for marriage as well as friendship and business relationships.

Muhurta Finder searches for auspicious dates and times for important events — such as a wedding, griha pravesh, vehicle purchase, business launch or pooja — using Panchang factors like tithi, nakshatra and weekday alongside your own chart.

Dashas are the planetary periods of the Vimshottari system that shape the themes of different phases of your life. AstroReeti shows your Mahadasha, Antardasha and finer sub-periods with dates, and explains what each period may bring.

Yes. You can add family members to your account and view their charts and readings alongside your own, without them needing a separate account.

Yes. Based on your chart, AstroReeti can suggest traditional remedies such as mantras, gemstones, charity and poojas, with the reasoning behind each. Remedies are traditional practices offered for guidance; please consult a qualified professional before wearing gemstones or making health-related decisions.

AstroCoins are AstroReeti credits you can use for individual premium features, such as detailed reports or extra questions to Reeti, without taking a subscription. The cost of each feature is shown before you confirm, and your balance and full transaction history are available in your Profile.

Yes. AstroCoins carry a validity period, which is shown when you buy or receive them. Coins that expire soonest are used first, so you get the most value from your balance.

On the web you can pay using UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through our secure payment partners. In the Android app, purchases are processed by Google Play. We never store your full card details.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as described in our Terms of Service. Purchases made in the Android app are handled by Google Play and must be refunded through Google Play. If you were charged but did not receive what you paid for, contact us and we will look into it promptly.

You can switch to the free plan from Profile at any time. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged again. Subscriptions bought through Google Play can also be managed in the Play Store.

Share your invite code or QR from the Invite & Earn section of the app. When a friend joins and creates their birth chart, you can both receive a reward. Current rewards, when a referral programme is running, are shown on the invite screen.

Yes. Your birth details, charts, readings and conversations with Reeti are private to your account. We do not sell your personal data, and it is used only to provide and improve your AstroReeti experience, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Only you, and anyone you explicitly choose to share with — for example by sharing your profile QR code for compatibility matching, or by adding someone as a family member.

You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data — charts, readings, chats and subscription — from the Account Deletion page at astroreeti.com/account-deletion, or from Profile inside the app. After you confirm, your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted after 14 days.

Check your spam or promotions folder, make sure the email address is correct, and wait a minute before requesting a new code. If it still does not arrive, contact us and we will help you sign in.

Balances usually update within a few moments. Pull to refresh or reopen the app. If it still has not updated, contact support with your payment reference and we will resolve it.
